Abstract

Detects grassland abandonment from Sentinel-2 imagery through the contrast between summer-dormant meadows and evergreen maquis. Classifies every parcel in the Monti Prenestini district without labelled data, at 85.8% overall accuracy, into a ranked database for intervention.
